2.  The Putnam County Legislature is scheduled to meet at 6:45 p.m. at the Historic Courthouse (on Gleneida Avenue in Carmel) for a full body meeting. Elected leaders will begin business with a public hearing on Inclusion in the Agricultural District. Click here for the agenda.
