Troopers Arrest 4 Connecticut Residents on Impaired Driving Charges
The New York State Police provided the following information. It does not indicate any convictions.
Over the weekend, officials from the East Fishkill and Southeast barracks arrested:
- New Milford, CT resident Thomas P. Dobson, 24, around 6:10 a.m. Sunday on Interstate 684/Route 22 in Southeast. Police charged him with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and operating a vehicle with inadequate plate lamps, an infraction. He was issued an appearance ticket for a future date in court.
- Yorktown resident Ashley V. Oliveto, 23, around 3:10 a.m. Saturday on Interstate 84 westbound in Southeast. Police charged Oliveto with misdemeanor driving while intoxicated before issuing her an appearance ticket.
- New Milford, CT resident William M. Fairchild, 40, at approximately 2:20 a.m. Saturday near the intersection of Milltown Road and Route 22 in Southeast. Police charged him with misdemeanor driving while intoxicated and issued him an appearance ticket.
- Ridgefield, CT resident Laurier A. Bosse, 39, around 10:35 p.m. Friday on Independence Way in Southeast. Police charged her with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and two infractions: following too closely and moving from lane unsafely. Bosse was issued an appearance ticket.
- Newtown, CT resident Brian L. Reszoly, 20, at approximately 2:15 a.m. Friday near the intersection of Route 312 and Minor Road in Southeast. Police charged Reszoly with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and three infractions: driving left of the pavement markers, refusal to take a breath test and drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on the highway. He was issued an appearance ticket.
