POT HOLES

Who is in charge of rt. 312 in Brewster? The potholes are ridiculous and dangerous. People are trying to swerve to avoid them and there is going to be a head on collision or someones car is going to get damaged and then who pays the bill? These are more than pot holes they are huge craters that need to be fixed now!!!!
