Planning Board reviews JV Mall plan and Navajo Fields

Prior to a planned Sept 23 Town Board discussion of the JV Mall, the Planning Board did a preliminary review of proposed changes to the building and parking lot. It also reviewed outstanding issues for Navajo Fields project.
