Teen Theater Workshop

One Day Intensive

10am - 6pm

at Studio Around the Corner
67 Main St, Ste 101, Brewster.

Ages: Entering Grades 6 - 12 ONLY

Enrollment: Limited to 30 students 

An upbeat 8 hour intensive theater workshop for teens in grades 6 - 12. Both novice and experienced theater enthusiasts are welcomed. Attendees will learn the basics of warm-ups, improv, reacting/listening, character development, partner work and script analysis. Instructors Margaret and Antonia Careywill be joined by other local theater instructors for these special workshops.

In the afternoon, students will be divided into groups to work on short scenes. Directing opportunities will be available to students entering their Junior and Senior year in High School.

The workshop will culminate in a free performance at the Studio at 6pm. All are welcome.

Bring a bag lunch, snack & water. No student will be allowed to leave the premises.

One Day Fee:
BTC Members $30 , Non-members $40
Both Day Fee:
BTC Members $60 , Non-members $70

*Fee includes: Complimentary ticket to a BTC Show & workbook.

Registration forms  should be mailed by November 2nd.

Um...Since I live in Southeast, I can't vote for Mayor of the Village of Brewster. So why do youRead More think I, a taxpayer of Southeast, paid for this destruction when I really don't have a clue to what happens in the Village? There's a disconnect that needs to addressed.
