, located at the corner of Routes 6 and 22 in the Village of Brewster, is exactly what the area needed — at least that's what customers are saying.
Owners Joe Khader and Nasser Aqeel opened the cafe's doors last weekend after months of preparations. They say they've seen several repeat customers since, and the shop isn't even complete yet: they're still waiting on a mural and menus.
But in the meantime, Khader and Aqeel are encouraging folks to swing by for a fresh bagel, panini or some soup. Coffee lovers may invest in a large travel mug for $9.99, and enjoy 99-cent refills thereafter (they are usually $2).
The shop offers order-at-the counter service, with tables and WiFi. Check out the video above for more, and check back with Southeast-Brewster Patch for details on the cafe's Dec. 1 grand-opening celebration.
