For this month, the Brewster FD will transport you across the Atlantic to Italy, where you will be served a delicious "tried & true" patron favorite -
CHICKEN PARMIGIANA & PASTA!
This month you'll dine on a deliciously seasoned boneless chicken breast prepared Parmigiana-style, with pasta and veggie du jour as your side dishes. Garlic bread will be served with your meal, as well!

As always, you'll begin your evening with our self-serve appetizer table and endless salad bowl, with your choice of dressings. Refillable beverages are also included. Afterwards, step on up to our dessert bar and indulge a bit on some of the goodies we'll have in store for you! A coffee station will be set up and available throughout the evening for those who wish to enjoy a cup o' joe! (or cup o' tea?)
We'd lke to remind you that the BFD is handicap-accessible - our elevator will be "at the ready" for you once you arrive at the firehouse. Simply let us know you'll need the elevator when you call for your reservations and we'll take it from there! In addition, a handicap restroom is also available to make life just a little easier!
