Patch presents a vacant space or property and asks you to tell us what you think would be the best use. Forget what zone it's in, ignore setback regulations, dump lot coverage rules and all the other zoning jargon that puts many people to sleep. What would you like to see there? What would be the best use for the community?
We're hoping you will weigh in on the space that housed Exciting Expressions gift and party store until earlier this month (the business is still in operation, according to its Facebook page). It's located at 1072 Route 311 in Patterson, next to Sauro's Deli and beneath Inner Balance yoga, Pilates and Zumba studio. There is a "For Rent" sign in the window.
So, Brewster, Southeast and Patterson folks, the question is: What would you like to see in that space? What would do well there?
