A-Paper Commercial Products

 

Northeast Financial prides itself on being one of the only Commercial Mortgage resources in the Connecticut, New York, and New England that does stated commercial loans; however, we also have other programs that we can offer. We offer A-paper, SBA, USDA, IRS tax help, and Hard Money Loans.

Our A-paper program is eligible in almost all 50 states and can be used for almost all property types except for gas stations and auto repair with hydraulic pumps. Other than that our eligible property types are Daycares, Hotel/motel, apartment buildings, retail, warehouse, hair salons, and many more. Here is what the program offers:

  • Max Loan size of 15 MM
  • Property types listed above (No Raw Land)
  • Loan terms of 25 years fixed or 3, 5, 7, and 10 year ARMS
  • Minimum credit of 720
  • Requires strong financials and tax returns for the previous 2 years
  • Rates starting at 5.49%
