Compassionate Friends World Candlelight Vigil

This event is held annually the second Sunday of December, uniting family
and friends around the globe as they light candles for one hour, from 7 to 8 PM
local time, to honor and remember a child or sibling who has died at any age
from any cause.

This year a lighting will be held here on December 8 in Fellowship Hall. This nondenominational event will
include readings, music, lighting of candles, and reading of the loved ones’
names. Those attending may bring a photo or small memento of their loved one
for the remembrance table. Set up begins at 6:30 with the program to follow.

For more information, to RSVP
(for an attendance count), or to have your child/sibling remembered if you are
unable to attend, please call Rosemary Gebhardt at 845-225-4076.
