Hudson River Program Director Phillip Musegaas, Esq. oversees a staff of attorneys and investigators whose mission is to safeguard the ecological integrity of the Hudson River. He earned a J.D. with a Certificate in Environmental Law from Pace University School of Law. He received his Bachelor of Arts (magna cum laude) in Geography from the University of Washington.
