Free Flu Vaccine Clinic

The Putnam County Department of Health is offering a FREE public seasonal flu vaccine clinic for anyone who lives or works in New York State, 5 years of age and older, on Friday, November 30, 2012, from 4:00pm -7:00pm at Brewster High School, 50 Foggintown Road, Brewster, NY. Pre-registration is highly recommended in order to move people more quickly through the clinic. Pre-registration forms are available at www.putnamcountyny.com. You may select from three possible time slots: 4-5pm, 5-6pm, or 6-7pm. A limited number of computers and staff will be available at the clinic if you are unable to complete the registration form prior to attending the clinic.
