The Putnam County Department of Health is offering a “Last Chance” public flu vaccine clinic for anyone, 3 years of age and older, who lives or works in New York State on Wednesday, January 9, 2013, from 3:00pm -7:00pm at 1 Geneva Road, Brewster, NY. The cost for vaccination is $10, though for individuals age 60 and older or with a Medicare card, vaccine will be free. Pre-registration is highly recommended .To pre-register, visit www.putnamcountyny.com or www.putnamflu.com and select from four possible vaccination time slots: 3 -4pm, 4-5pm, 5-6pm, or 6-7pm. A limited number of computers and staff will be available at the clinic if you are unable to complete the registration form prior to attending the clinic.
