The Putnam County Department of Health is offering one last “Last Chance” public flu vaccine clinic for anyone, 6 months of age and older, who lives or works in New York State on Tuesday, January 22, 2013, from 2:00pm -7:00pm at 1 Geneva Road, Brewster, NY. The cost for vaccination is $10, though for individuals age 60 and older or with a Medicare card, vaccine will be free. Cash or checks only. Registration is required for this clinic.
