Town of Southeast Town Board Meeting

The Town Board of the Town of Southeast will be meeting to consider a re-submission of the Harold Lepler Crossroads 312 500,000 sq ft hotel/retail project as complete or incomplete.  On August of 2012, the Town Board had declared the Draft Environmental Impact Statement as incomplete and the developer is re-submitting it with an increase in the number of hotel floors from six to seven.  The DEIS is on the town's website - www.southeast-ny.gov for review by residents.  It is anticipated that consultants' remarks will also be included sometime today,  The public is urgently invited to attend.
