Brewster Memorial Day Parade & Ceremoney

Brewster VFW Post 672 will be holding a Memorial Day Parade and Ceremony in downtown Brewster on Monday May 30th at 11am, to honor those who gave their lives to protect our freedom.  The parade will start at 11am at the Brewster Firehouse on North Main Street, will proceed down Main Street to Railroad Ave., and end at Veterans Park (formerly called Electrazone Field).  Immediately following the parade there will be a ceremony.  The keynote speaker is Congresswoman Nan Hayworth.  Afterwards, parade attendees are invited to a light lunch served at the VFW Post on Peaceable Hill Road.  For more information, call 845/279-6969 or email stvnmattson@gmail.com.
