After two weeks of opportunities, it is time for us to head home. Though not homesick, we are looking forward to seeing our families.
Our last morning was spent making our lunch. The chefs of Beijing 101 invited us to make dumplings, which they would cook before we left. We all rolled up our
sleeves and dove right into the culinary experience, much the same way we approached our entire trip.
Our chef teachers were as patient as any, making sure we prepared the
