Anna Magee, of Brewster, died Sunday, Oct. 27, at the Putnam Hospital Center in Carmel. She was 102 years old.
Anna was born Jan. 15, 1911 in New York City to the late James and Margaret (Bleach) Magee.
She was an independent woman and a hard worker. She enjoyed watching black-and-white movies and old Western movies. She loved all her pets. Her family and friends meant everything to her.

Ms. Magee is survived by her son Ronald Karalis of Brewster; four grandchildren; one great granddaughter; and her sister Mary Nolon. She was predeceased by her son Gregory Karalis, her daughter-in-law Louise T. Karalis and her brother and sister.
A Mass of Christian burial was held Wednesday, Oct. 30, 2013 at Sacred Heart Church in Patterson. Interment follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Hawthorne. Visitation was held on Tuesday, Oct. 29, at Beecher Funeral Home, in Brewster.
