Obituary: Michael Graham, 13

Beecher Funeral Home provided the following obituary.

Michael P. Graham of Brewster, died Monday at his home at the age of 13.

Michael was born Oct. 22, 1999 in Carmel, the son of Douglas Graham of Brewster and Sheila (Kearney) Graham of Carmel.

Michael was an eighth grade student at the Henry H. Wells Middle School in Brewster. He attended Church at Our Lady of the Lake Church in Lake Carmel and played football, lacrosse and basketball for Brewster.

He will be sorely missed by his family and al lhis many friends. Besides his parents, Michael is survived by his sister, Alexandria Bodden, and brother, Ryan Hargrove, both of the Bronx; his uncle, Daniel Kearney of Garde, CA and his aunt, Maureen Hutchins of Menifee, CA.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11 a.m. Friday (Jan. 18) at Our Lady Of The Lake Church in Lake Carmel. Internment will follow in St. Sebastian Columbarium at Our Lady Of The Lake Church. The wake will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday (Jan. 17) at Beecher Funeral Home (located on Putnam Avenue in Brewster, 845-279-3615).

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Michael’s memory may be made to his family.

Um...Since I live in Southeast, I can't vote for Mayor of the Village of Brewster. So why do youRead More think I, a taxpayer of Southeast, paid for this destruction when I really don't have a clue to what happens in the Village? There's a disconnect that needs to addressed.

Great topics. I really like Mr Jacobs point of view on education. Also "A recipe for aRead More meaningful education." Always looking for more ideas on this topic.
