Northern Westchester - Putnam 38th Annual Saint Patrick’s Day Parade Sunday, March 9, 2014 at 2:00 pm Grand Marshal John J. CallaghanOf the Emerald Association of Putnam County This Parade is the third largest parade in New York State with 6 divisions – it consists of numerous marching bands, police and fire departments, civil servants, schools and various organizations throughout the state. This year the parade is being dedicated to the American Flag. Parade will be kicked off with the Pledge of Allegiance on the Corner of Route 6 and Croton Falls Road at 12:45pm Parade will kick off at 2:00 p.m sharp.  Line up will be on Route 6 betweenMt.
