Dear Ms Tarr, I am resending the e-mail below in case you did not receive it when it was first sent. My curiosity and interest is getting the best of me and I ask your opinion of my Kodak book. It was my thought that many in the Putnam County area would find all this an interesting story, and I wonder what your opinion might be. Thanks for taking the time to read this, Frank Vetare From: eratev6455@comcast.net To: "Ashley Tarr" <Ashley.Tarr@Patch.com> Sent: Tuesday, March 4, 2014 3:09:47 PM Subject: Book Ms Ashley Tarr Editor, S.E. Brewster Patch I am a 1946 graduate of Brewster High School…which makes me pretty old. I have had an interesting life and decided to put it into a book. I did just that a year ago and had it published by the American Star Books Co., Box 184, in Frederick, MD 21705. The book, Kodak: You Should’a Been There takes the reader on a more than 30 year adventure from Brewster, The Merchant Marine Academy, The Navy, Rochester Institute of Technology and finally my 22 years with the Eastman Kodak Company, from Technical Sales Representative to District Sales Manager. In my 22 years at Kodak, I was able to be a part of the great successes as well as identify some vulnerable areas which contributed to the company’s fall into Chapter 11 bankruptcy. I am very proud of the book and I think many people who read your paper will agree, “You Should’a Been There.” The book, Kodak: You Should’a Been There, by Frank Vetare can be ordered at your local book store as well as on line through Amazon and Barnes & Noble. It is published in soft or hard cover, and in e-book configuration. Thank you very much, Frank Vetare 11435 Newport Bay Drive South Point Berlin, MD 21811 Phone: 410-641-1305
