Breastfeeding Moms: Save-the-date, August 1

On Friday, August 1, breastfeeding moms in Putnam County will join thousands of others from around the world for the 2014 BIG LATCH ON. Last year more than 14,000 women and their children came together and breastfed simultaneously. We are out to break that record this year!

Putnam County’s local event is hosted by the PCDOH and will take place at the Carmel Fire Department, 94 Gleneida Avenue. Door prizes, goody bags for participants and refreshments will be served. Registration begins at 9:45 am and latch on is promptly at 10:30am. Siblings are welcome. Please arrive by 10am so everyone can be registered and settled in.
