Carmel Man Charged with DWI in Southeast

At 2:20 a.m. July 19, New York State Police patroling the town of Southeast charged a 24-year-old Carmel man with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor.
 
Police said he was arrested after Troopers conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle he was operating for failing to maintain his lane of travel. 
 
He provided a breath sample that yielded a blood alcohol content of .20% and was issued traffic tickets ordering him to appear before the Town of Southeast Justice Court on July 22, 2014 at 6:00 p.m.
