Connecticut Woman Arrested in Southeast for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated

New York State Police charged a Connecticut woman with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, a misdemeanor, after she was found to be driving erratically in a parking lot in Southeast. Tori D. Perry, 23, of Meriden, Connecticut, was arrested on July 7, 2014 at approximately 3:00 a.m.

New York State Troopers from the Brewster barracks were dispatched by Putnam County 911 to investigate a report of an erratic driver in a gas station parking lot on Route 22.

Troopers found Perry to be intoxicated after she blew a 0.18% Blood Alcohol Content on a breathalyzer test. That level is two times the legal limit of intoxication in New York State.

Perry was issued traffic tickets that ordered her to appear in court in the Town of Southeast on July 22, 2014.
