Cops Make Aggravated DWI Arrest on Farm to Market Road
The driver's blood-alcohol level was 0.19 percent, according to authorities.
A 39-year-old Kent, CT man is facing misdemeanor drunken driving charges after he was arrested in Patterson, police say.
State troopers from the Southeast Barracks stopped Mynor O. Gomez-Virula at about 11:15 p.m. Thursday after they received a report of an erratic driver. Gomez-Virula, who was driving a 1997 Mitsubishi Eclipse, was traveling on Farm to Market Road at the time.
Authorities say the defendant's blood-alcohol level was 0.19 percent. The legal limit is 0.08. He is facing two infractions, as well as two misdemeanor charges: aggravated driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated.

Gomez-Virula was sent to the Putnam County Correctional Facility on $500 cash or $1,000 bond bail. He is due March 14 in Patterson Justice Court.
