Cops: Man Urinates Next to Patrol Car While Police Handle Crash

He was reportedly "highly intoxicated" at the time.

Authorities charged a 20-year-old Mahopac resident with disorderly conduct, a violation, after he allegedly urinated next to a police vehicle, officials say.

Officers from the Carmel Police Department responded to an accident on Croton Falls Road at about 8:15 p.m. Sunday.

"One of the passengers in the accident decided to urinate next to a marked police vehicle," Chief Mike Johnson said in a statement. He described the man as "highly intoxicated."

The defendant was released pending a March 11 appearance in Carmel Justice Court.

when ya gotta go ya gotta go. was he driving, was he free to leave if he wanted to, if not it was pee next to the car or wet his pants. what would anyone do, what would the cop have done if it was him, what would the cop say if he was asked under oath if he ever urinated outside. this is not a biggie, guilty with an explanation you can only hold it so long, I had to pee your honor. the reason i had to pee does not matter. http://www.huffingtonpost.ca/2012/02/27/holding-your-pee-health-_n_1299435.html
