He was reportedly "highly intoxicated" at the time.

Authorities charged a 20-year-old Mahopac resident with disorderly conduct, a violation, after he allegedly urinated next to a police vehicle, officials say.

Officers from the Carmel Police Department responded to an accident on Croton Falls Road at about 8:15 p.m. Sunday.
