Driving with 4X the Legal Limit: Police Report

New York State Police from the Dover Plains barracks arrested a 44-year-old Brewster woman for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor.

Troopers conducted a traffic stop at 2 a.m. June 14 on a vehicle that failed to signal when turning onto Argonne Road from Route 6.

The driver provided a positive breath sample that yielded a Blood Alcohol Content of .32 percent, four times the legal limit of intoxication, police said.

She was issued traffic tickets ordering her to appear before the Village of Brewster Justice Court on June 23.
