The family of a 54-year-old Putnam Valley woman has told authorities that they have not seen her since Monday morning, police say.
According to a press release from the , Cathleen Venditti reportedly left her Cherry Street home around 8:30 for an appointment in Croton. She did not make the appointment, and her husband soon reached out to police.
"Circumstances suggest that she may be feeling depressed and may be without needed medication," the release states.
Venditti is white, has blond hair and blue eyes, and weighs around 165 pounds. She is 5-foot-7, and she was last seen wearing blue jeans and a black jacket. It's possible that she is driving a blue 2008 Toyota RAV4. The New York plates on that vehicle read EHN-8004.
Officials are asking anyone with information about Venditti's whereabouts to call 845-225-4300. Calls will be kept confidential.
