New Fairfield Man Charged with DWI on I-84

Leon Weimer, of New Fairfield, CT, is scheduled to return to the Town of Southeast Court on April 9.

A New Fairfield, Ct. man was charged with driving while intoxicated after State Troopers stopped the vehicle he was driving in Southeast for not having a plate lamp, according to police.

Leon Weimer, 50, was was taken to State Police East Fishkill headquarters where a provided a positive breath sample of .12 on March 16.

Weimer was issued a DWI summons returnable in the Town of Southeast Court on April 9.

Um...Since I live in Southeast, I can't vote for Mayor of the Village of Brewster. So why do youRead More think I, a taxpayer of Southeast, paid for this destruction when I really don't have a clue to what happens in the Village? There's a disconnect that needs to addressed.
