New York State Police Arrest Brewster Man for Criminal Contempt

New York State Police report the arrest of Anthony J. Infantino, 26, of Brewster, New York, for Criminal Contempt in the 2nd Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor. 
 
After an investigation, State Troopers in the Wappinger Barracks found that Infantino violated a court order of protection by contacting the victim by telephone. 
 
Infantino was arrested on July 6, 2014 and released on an Appearance Ticket ordering him to appear before the Town of Poughkeepsie Court on July 15, 2014.
