NYSP: Man Pulls Over to Urinate, is Charged with DWI

A man who reportedly pulled over on I-84 to urinate on the side of the road was slapped with a DWI charge, according to New York State Police.

Police reported spotting a vehicle with its hazard lights today and then encountered the driver, Anthony Marable of Danbury, CT.

According to a press release, the 37-year-old "advised the patrol he stopped to urinate on the side of the road."

Police determined Marable was intoxicated and arrested him for DWI. He was processed at the East Fishkill baracks and is due in Town of Southeast Court on May 30.
