An overturned tractor trailer lay on the grass near the ramp leading from Interstate 684 northbound to Interstate 84 westbound around 5 p.m. Tuesday.
State troopers and emergency responders arrived at the scene around 4 p.m. They closed the ramp and transported at least one person to the hospital before reopening the area shortly after 5.
A New York State Department of Transportation alert states that officials will close the ramp after 7 p.m. for cleanup.
