Police Arrest Man in Brewster on Child Endangerment and Other Charges

State Police from the Brewster Barracks arrested a 21-year-old Danbury man on June 26, 2014 in Brewster, NY. 

According to the New York State Police press release, Angel G. Peralta-Rodriguez, was involved in a domestic incident at El Dorado restaurant in Brewster when 
State Troopers and Village of Brewster Police Department were called.

A police investigation revealed that Peralta-Rodriguez violated a court order and was driving a motor vehicle with a small child in the car without a car seat. Police also found he was driving without a drivers license.

He was arrested and charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a misdemeanor, Unlawful Imprisonment, a 2nd degree misdemeanor and Criminal Contempt of Court, a 2nd degree misdemeanor. 

Peralta-Rodriguez is due in the Village of Brewster Court on July 14, 2014 to answer to the charges.
