Police: Mahopac Man Busted for Speeding Was Intoxicated

Michael Grispin, 24, was charged with DWI.

State Police arrested a Mahopac man for driving while intoxicated on I-84, according to police. On March 16, Michael Grispin, 24, was stopped in a white Subaru for speeding in the Town of Southeast, according to police. Grispin was found to be intoxicated after questioning. The accused was brought to the East Fishkill barracks and gave a positive breath test of .08. 

Grispin was issued a summons for DWI returnable to Southeast Court on April 9.
