Peekskill Police provided the following information. It does not indicate a conviction.

A 27-year-old Mahopac man is facing a drunken driving charge after a weekend arrest in Peekskill, officials say.

Officer Joe Gorman arrested Damian Narolski, 27, at about 1:50 a.m. Saturday on Main Street in Peekskill, City Police there say. He failed to signal while making a turn, and was driving erratically, according to authorities.

Police say Narolski failed field sobriety tests and a chemical test showed a blood-alcohol level of 0.17. The legal limit is 0.08. Cops charged the defendant with misdemeanor driving while intoxicated and held him pending arraignment.
