Michael McTighe, 44, of New Fairfield, CT is accused of failing to pay for repair work done by Westchester Tractor, a business located in Southeast, according to State Police.
Troopers from the Southeast Barracks arrested McTighe on March 15 on a felony charge of fourth-degree grand larceny. McTighe allegedly had a piece of equipment repaired at Westchester Tractor and removed it without paying.
McTighe was arraigned before Judge Richard O'Rourke in Brewster Justice Court and remanded to Putnam County Jail on $5,000 cash or $10,000 bond bail. He is due March 19 in Southeast Court.
