Officials say a 71-year-old Eastchester man, who was naked, masturbated as he followed a woman through a Mahopac parking lot.
The incident occurred Saturday night, around 10:25.
"...Undercover deputies assigned to the Sheriff’s Narcotics Enforcement Unit observed a man sitting in a parked vehicle at the parking lot of the CVS Pharmacy, located at Route 6 and East Lake Blvd. in Mahopac," authorities said in a statement. "As a woman walked through the parking lot, the man, completely naked, exited his car. He was then observed by the deputies masturbating as he followed the female."
Officials stopped the man and arrested him on a misdemeanor charge of public lewdness. He was released, without bail, and will be due in Carmel Justice Court at a later date.Find out what's happening in Southeast-Brewsterwith free, real-time updates from Patch.
