Stalking Someone, Two Men Trespass in Southeast

New York State Police arrested two men who were stalking one Southeast resident and threatened another.

The men were apparently lurking in a driveway concealing themselves from someone who lived on the same road. The homeowner arrived, asked them why they were on his property and an argument ensued. Someone else called 911, police said.

Police picked up a 35-year-old Manhasset man and a 56-year-old Yonkers man a short time later.

They were both charged with fourth-degree stalking, a misdemeanor. The 35-year-old was also charged with third-degree menacing and trespass.

They were arraigned before the Town of Southeast Court and released on their own recognizance.  They are scheduled to re-appear in Southeast Court on June 19, 2014 at 1:00 p.m.
