Troopers: Southeast Man Drove Drunk on I-84

He will be due in court at a later date.

A 25-year-old Southeast man is facing a misdemeanor charge of driving while intoxicated, according to official reports.

Troopers from the Southeast Barracks of the New York State Police arrested Gerard Rousseau on westbound Interstate 84, near exit 21, at about 10:50 p.m. Monday. He was reportedly stopped for speeding.

Rousseau was released on a court appearance ticket.
