A 28-year-old Danbury, CT man is facing a misdemeanor charge of driving while intoxicated following a recent traffic stop in Southeast.
State troopers from the East Fishkill barracks stopped the man Aug. 2. He was operating a Honda on Interstate 84.
Police conducted an interview and found the defendant to be intoxicated. After he was arrested he was released pending an appearance in Southeast Justice Court.
