Members of the New York State Police stationed at barracks around the area made several drunken driving arrests across Patterson and Southeast in recent days.
Here are the details:
-A 27-year-old New Fairfield, CT woman was charged with misdemeanor aggravated driving while intoxicated at about 10:15 a.m. Jan. 20 after a single-vehicle crash on Birch Hill Road in Patterson. Officials say her blood-alcohol level was 0.30-percent. She was due in court Monday.
-A 34-year-old Wappingers Falls man was charged with misdemeanor driving while intoxicated at about 2:40 a.m. Jan. 20 in Southeast. He was stopped for an equipment violation, and his blood-alcohol level was 0.18-percent, according to police. He is due in court Thursday.
-A 21-year-old Patterson man was charged with misdemeanor driving while intoxicated at about 2:30 a.m. Jan. 18. The arrest followed a single-vehicle accident in Patterson. The defendant's blood-alcohol level was reportedly 0.11-percent. He is due in court Feb. 4.
-A 22-year-old Sandy Hook, CT man was charged with misdemeanor driving while intoxicated around 12:25 a.m. Jan. 17. Police pulled him over in Southeast for an equipment violation, and his blood-alcohol level was 0.12-percent. He was due in court Jan. 23.
The legal limit is 0.08-percent. Arrests do not indicate convictions.
