Troopers: Southeast Man's Erratic Driving Leads to DWI Arrest

He's due in court May 13.

State Police charged a 30-year-old Southeast man with a misdemeanor charge of driving while intoxicated after they saw him driving erratically, officials say.

The incident occurred last week on Gage Road in Patterson. Troopers from the Southeast Barracks arrested the man at about 11:05 p.m. April 24. They stopped him a short time earlier because his vehicle crossed the double yellow line, according to authorities.

He was released pending a May 13 appearance in Patterson Justice Court.
