Locals React to Debt Ceiling Debate

Many expect lawmakers to vote to raise it.

While opinions on the debt ceiling debate land on all points of the political spectrum, many people in and around Putnam County agree on one thing: Elected officials need to find a solution, pronto.

Patch spoke to five local residents, all of whom were frequenting the shopping center off Route 312 in Southeast Wednesday.
