Synthetic Drugs of Abuse have emerged as a national public health

epidemic. The Upstate New York Poison Center Public Health

Educator, Jennifer Coyle will present on the dangers of synthetic

drugs. The presentation consists of an overview of the poison center,

what synthetic drugs are, how they are made, the effects on the

human body, and what to do in the event of exposure to synthetic

drugs. This seminar is open to all Putnam County parents, healthcare,

and substance abuse professionals.
