Vacancies: What Should Become of Kid Escape USA in Southeast?

Let's call this a modern spin on community planning; a digital drawing board where all ideas are on the table.

We present a vacant space or property and ask you to tell us what you think would be the best use. Forget what zone it's in, ignore setback regulations, dump lot coverage rules and all the other zoning jargon that puts most people to sleep. What would you like to see there? What would be the best use for the community?

Our inaugural installment of this column received a couple of great suggestions, as did our subsequent posts. Now, we're hoping you'll weigh in on a vacancy in Southeast.

Kid Escape USA, which opened in April 2012, has closed its doors at 16 Mt Ebo Road South, Suite 1B. The business specialized in play sessions for youngsters, with everything from arcade games to bouncy castles to slides.

So, Brewster and Southeast folks, what do you think should take Kid Escape's place? What sort of business would be successful there?
