Getting Organized
When: 1 p.m. Saturday
Where: Patterson Library (1167 Route 311 in Patterson)
Why go? Ellen Kosloff, certified professional organizer, will give you tips to help clear clutter from your life while getting—and staying—organized. Kosloff has been featured in several magazines. 

Live Music at the Blooming Seed Coffee House
When: 7:30 p.m. Saturday
Where: Inside Temple Beth Shalom (760 Route 6 in Mahopac)
Why go? The Elisa Peimer Band, with guest Allison Tartaglia, will take the stage. Organizers call these performers "wonderfully gifted singer song writers." While you listen to the tunes enjoy some local coffee and baked goods.

Westchester Toy & Train Show
When: 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday 
Where: Westchester County Center (198 Central Ave in White Plains)
Why go? More than 300 dealers are expected to attend. Expect plenty of electric trains and accessories, plus classic toys, from comics to dolls to Star Wars items.
