The Brewster Central School District is the main headquarters for the administration and management of  five…More schools: Garden Street Elementary, JFK Elementary, C.V. Starr Intermediate, H.H. Wells Middle and Brewster High School. The district educates approximately 3500 students. The average class size for grades 8 and 10 for the 2008-2009 school year were 24 and 20 students, respectively.</p> <p>Based on information from that same year, 83% of students were white, 2% were black or African American, 12% were Hispanic or Latino and 3% were Asian or Native Hawaiian/other Pacific islander. That year there were 294 teachers in the district, teaching 1037 classes.</p>
