Lori Rubin, Neighbor

Lori Rubin has been living in Brewster for the last 18 years.  She raised three children here and has one child still in the Brewster School District with the other two off to college. Over ten years ago she became a personal trainer and started teaching strength training classes.  With a passion for a healthy mind, body and soul it was inevitable that she would become a yoga teacher.  She has been teaching yoga locally and through out New York for the last ten years.  Her passion is to continue studying and help others achieve their greatest potential. She is certified through AFAA and Kripalu.
