Natalie Axton, Neighbor

Originally from Kentucky, for the past seventeen years I've lived in New York City.  This past May I moved to Northern Westchester.  I wanted the air, the trees, the space, and the quiet.  It's good up here for a writer. 

I write about dance and culture, and I'm a 2011-2012 Fellow at the CUNY Writer's Institute.  This means that four days a week I head into the city to attend classes and performances.  In moving to Westchester I have become a commuter.  I'll be blogging about the commuting life here, for Patch.
