Phil Leiter, Neighbor

I have lived in Rockland County most of my life, and have been a Clarkstown resident since 2003.  I am the proud father of a CHSN graduate (now a Harvard undergraduate) and two other children in the CCSD.  They are the motivation for my interest in the issues and challenges facing the district.
